This wedding cake was a first for me. Skulls for a topper and a banner proclaiming their love!
The skulls were hand carved out of rice crispy cereal, covered in fondant and hand painted.
The cake was delicious! A vanilla raspberry cake with a rum better cream!
The cupcakes were chocolate mocha with a brandy buttercream – and also the raspberry vanilla and rum.
YUM!
The bride was gorgeous and the cake turned out pretty good too – if I do say so myself;)

I have been trying to get into making fancy decorated cookies for a little while now.
They are so much fun to make and enjoy!
My Mom used to make sugar cookies for us and with us when we were kids.
I always loved that feeling of satisfaction I got changing something so plain into something so beautiful.
It was like bringing the cookie to life!
These are some of my latest creations – boy and girl owls, Elmo and balloon cookie pops, Sesame Street name cookies and Elmo piñata cookies!

Oh Minnie – how you are loved!
Minnie Mouse is such a fun theme for a little girls birthday party:)
This cake was done for a first birthday – with a little smash cake to match!
The Minnie on the larger cake was done by hand…an edible image transfer – my first one:)

I had no idea this game even existed!
The creeper was made in individual square “cupcakes” and put together like a puzzle.
Happy Birthday Matthias!

YEAH!
I was asked to make up some more colouring book cookies for a very nice Grandma to have for when her Grand kids come over for a visit.
I am sooooo in love with cookie decorating right now:)
I love these ones just for the simple fact that kids can get involved – do some decorating and there is NO mess:)
My kind of activity:) LOL
I think I like the fish and the Cookie Monster ones the best!
